Below is a current list of commercial projects already committed to "Sovereign Hills" and their approximate construction commencement dates:

2009:  "Centrale" - a mixed development with retail, commercial, professional & service based businesses offering a variety of ground floor & first floor showrooms & offices available for lease or purchase.                                

2009:  Woolworths - a full service Woolworths Supermarket with specialty retail shops available for expressions of interest from 1st March 2009.

2010:  Petrol Station - Woolworths discount petrol station.

2010:  Tavern - a family orientated theme Tavern with an outside deck overlooking the lake.

2010:  Medical Centre - offering a selection of medical services suitable for the young family & retired population alike.

2010:  RSL Aged Care -  Facilities will include an Aged Care Village comprising 100 independent living villas and a high care facility of up to 120 beds.

2011:  Community Centre - Currently going through the process of community consultation and shortly to consider design options the Community Centre and Library will be a major asset to the   local and broader community.
