Get ready to welcome a slice of Naples to the community with the arrival of Sovereign Hills’ first woodfired pizzeria.
Danno Clucas and Tash Olynick, the dynamic team behind the much-loved The Hill Café, are preparing to expand their food family once again with the creation of Noona’s Pizzeria.
“We’re excited to launch Sovereign Hills’ first pizzeria and our take on traditional Neapolitan style pizza and gelato,” the duo shared, while visiting the site of their new venture with their son Henry.
Noona’s Pizzeria will adjoin their popular café at Sovereign Place Town Centre, and serve up authentic pizza, plus a range of charcuterie style cured meats, cheeses, and antipasto delights.
The addition of the new beer garden outside The Hill Café provides the perfect setting for customers to kick back and relax, and enjoy the selection of beers on tap, wines and cocktails.
When Noona's opens its doors, guests will have the option to dine in and enjoy the cosy atmosphere or grab their favorite pizzas for a takeaway treat. Delivery will be introduced once the business has settled in.
With an anticipated mid-August opening, Noona’s will open from Wednesday through to Sunday.
