The Workspace Ladder

In facilitating and supporting the economic growth of the community, Sovereign Hills   has adopted the concept of a Workspace Ladder which provides a wide range of accommodation types to suit the demands of growth and change in the business lifecycle. Accommodation types allow for home based business, business incubator space, serviced business space, stand alone office space, manufacturing space, storage and distribution, research and development space as well as business or technological park campus.

Research is underway to investigate the potential of a creative and cultural industry cluster within Sovereign Hills. Located within the Town Centre, this precinct is planned to consist of a mixed use area of adaptable business incubator space, live/work premises and studio/workshop space.
